My discovery last July

[This entry was posted on the previous website on July 9, 2013]

After a late dinner on Sunday, I was confronted with this request to venture out into the foggy, humid night:

I complied, and the canine and I embarked on a walk up Laporte Avenue.  It was dark and misty:

The Philadelphia Trio was supposed to be playing at the DeWire Center.  As the dog and I got closer, I could not hear any music coming out of open doors at the Center, which are normally left open in order to provide relief to the patrons from the oppressive, motionless air inside.  Sunday night was warm and humid after earlier rain, but we got to the DeWire Center, and the doors were shut.

I walked up to one of the doors and could hear the musical program going on inside.  "What the devil," I said to myself. "Is the DeWire Center now air conditioned?"

Comments

Shall we get a handle on the Comments situation?

I don't believe this is critical, but, heck, let's be optimistic.

The good news is that you don't have to deal with those darn CAPTCHA codes.  I tried to put in CAPTCHA codes in testing numerous times, and it was irritating how frequently I was unsuccessful in discerning and entering the displayed characters correctly.

The disadvantage here on Blogger is that there is not, as best I can tell, a webpage that displays all Comments, including a link to the entry that the Comment is on.

So here is how I am going to try adapting to that.  If you leave a Comment on an entry, I will be alerted to that, and I will edit this entry to say a Comment has been left on an entry and give a link to the entry, plus indicate the date that the Comment has been left..

Also, I will make a label for this Comments entry so you can click on the label to see a listing of all Comments that have been made.

So,  LET THE COMMENTS BEGIN!!
