Forest Inn Progressive Tour – July 13

Mark your calendars for Sunday, July 13 from 1-4 PM for a truly special event!!!   Relive the Forest Inn and the Park’s heyday with this walking tour of the Forest Inn grounds with guides Bush & Barbie James, as well as visit some of the Park’s historic Chatauqua cottages.  Stories about each of the three cottages will be shared along with food and drinks from various era of the Inn’s “life.”  The walking tour of the Forest Inn grounds will leave at 1 PM, 2 PM or 3 PM from the main tent.

Cottage Visitation and Stories will be on the half hour at 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 PM.  

         Bide-A-Wee  (the Eater’s) will cover the early 1900s

         Shady Nook (the Stoeffel’s )  the 1930s

         Twin Wick (the Alley’s) the 1950s

There will also be a silent auction of various Eagles Mere historic memorabilia at the main event tent  - be sure to check it out when you sign in.
